Getting Started

- Go to cincinnatisymphony.org/account
- Enter your email and password and click “Login”
- If you don’t currently have an online account with the CSO, you can create one by clicking “Register” on the same page.

- Go to cincinnatisymphony.org/account
- Create your new account by clicking “Register.”
- If you've purchased tickets online from us before, there's no need to create a new account. If you’ve forgotten your account password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot Password?” on the same page.

- Go to cincinnatisymphony.org/account
- Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page. When the submission box opens, enter your email address in the field and click “reset password.”
- Check your email for a password reset message from the CSO. It may take a few minutes for that email to arrive.
- Open the password reset email and click on the “Reset Password” button. You will then be taken to a page to change your account’s password.
- Fill in the fields with a new password and hit the “Submit” button. You will now be logged into your account.

- If you’ve purchased tickets on our website before and have a login associated with the email you are trying to use but can’t remember your password, try resetting your password by clicking “Forgot Login?” on the account login page.
- If you are trying to login with a new email or request a new password with a different email than the one currently associated with your customer account, you should re-register online with your desired email address. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to sync your new credentials with your customer profile.

- Go to cincinnatisymphony.org/account and log in with your current email and password.
- From the profile page, you can update your contact information, reset your password, or make other changes. The updated email will be your new login.
