If you've purchased tickets online from us before, there's no need to create a new account. If you’ve forgotten your account password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot Password?” on the same page.
Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page. When the submission box opens, enter your email address in the field and click “reset password.”
Check your email for a password reset message from the CSO. It may take a few minutes for that email to arrive.
Open the password reset email and click on the “Reset Password” button. You will then be taken to a page to change your account’s password.
Fill in the fields with a new password and hit the “Submit” button. You will now be logged into your account.
If you’ve purchased tickets on our website before and have a login associated with the email you are trying to use but can’t remember your password, try resetting your password by clicking “Forgot Login?” on the account login page.
If you are trying to login with a new email or request a new password with a different email than the one currently associated with your customer account, you should re-register online with your desired email address. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to sync your new credentials with your customer profile.
