The May Festival (legal name: Cincinnati Musical Festival Association) works with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra through a unique and foundational shared services agreement. Through this mutually beneficial relationship, each organization retains its own 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, leveraging shared resources, expertise, and artistic operations.
