Late seating policy
So as not to disturb other patrons, latecomers will be asked to remain in the lobby. Video monitors are available in the lobby to view the concert. At an appropriate musical break, ushers will assist latecomers to their seats.
It is customary to wait until the end of a complete work to applaud, and not applaud between movements. When in doubt, wait until significant applause has begun.
Please turn off all cell phones, pagers, watch alarms and other electronic devices before the concert.
The acoustical properties of Music Hall carry audience noise as well as the music. Please unwrap candies or lozenges before the music starts.
The use of photographic (including camera phones) or recording devices is prohibited in the auditorium during May Festival performances.
Smoking is prohibited inside Music Hall. Ohio's recent smoking ban also prohibits smoking in areas immediately adjacent to the Music Hall exterior doors.
